GLADA launches e-auction of residential, commercial and chunk sites
Greater Ludhiana Area Development Authority (GLADA) is conducting e-auction of residential, commercial and chunk sites situated in various GLADA schemes from today to March 25, 2026 through the designated online e-auction portal www.puda.enivida.com as per the applicable policies and rules of the Government of Punjab and PUDA.

Ludhiana, March 16, 2026: Greater Ludhiana Area Development Authority (GLADA) is conducting e-auction of residential, commercial and chunk sites situated in various GLADA schemes from today to March 25, 2026 through the designated online e-auction portal www.puda.enivida.com as per the applicable policies and rules of the Government of Punjab and PUDA.
The allotment of sites will be made to the highest successful bidder subject to fulfillment of the prescribed terms and conditions and upon deposition of the said 12% of the successful bid amount, the allotted property can be mortgaged for the purpose of availing loan/financial assistance from the following empanelled banks: Canara Bank, Punjab National Bank, ICICI Bank and HDFC Bank.
Further, if the successful bidder opts to deposit the entire balance amount in lump sum within 90 days of allotment, a rebate of 15% on the complete allotment amount shall be admissible as per the prevailing policy. Therefore, after depositing 12% of the bid amount, GLADA/PUDA properties can be purchased through the e-auction portal www.puda.enivida.com. Thereafter, the allotted property can be mortgaged with banks to avail a loan, which can facilitate early payment of the remaining allotment amount. By making early payment, an additional discount of up to 15% on the allotment amount can be availed.
The Chief Administrator, GLADA Sandeep Kumar appealed to the general public to participate in the e-auction and take advantage of this opportunity.
