GLADA Holds Meeting to Prepare for Upcoming E-Auction of Properties

Ludhiana, August 10, 2026: A meeting was held at the office of the Greater Ludhiana Area Development Authority (GLADA) on Monday to discuss preparations and chalk out the roadmap for the upcoming e-auction of GLADA properties.
Representatives of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI), the Property Association and officials of GLADA participated in the meeting. The representatives of CREDAI and the Property Association also submitted their suggestions in writing to ensure the successful conduct of the upcoming e-auction.
The Chief Administrator, GLADA, said that the e-auction process for various GLADA properties would be initiated shortly. The properties proposed to be offered through e-auction include commercial chowk sites, SCOs, booths, shops and residential plots.
He said the entire e-auction process would be conducted in a completely transparent manner, providing the general public and investors with an opportunity to purchase properties through a transparent and competitive process.
The initiative is expected to give a major boost to urban development in the area and contribute towards providing better civic and other facilities to residents.
