For this, 'Successfactor.in' is going to organize a two-day online global summit between 19th and 20th December. The summit will include more than 16 experts and government officials from various fields, who will answer the students' questions and solve their confusion.

During this summit, students will get a chance to interact with government officers and professionals who have served the nation for decades through services like UPSC, SSC, MPSC, Bank PO, RBI, PCS, LIC, NTPC, SI, Collector, Bank Management, SDM. This summit will also give students an idea of how students should prepare for their respective examinations, in which direction should they move how the exam can be cleared in one go, etc. Students will also get an opportunity to know the answer to important questions. It can be a good opportunity for students to have so many experts together on a single platform to guide them to their path of success.

The founder of the institution, Tilkesh Bhatia, informed that, Mr. Om Prakash Rawat, former IAS officer and Chief Election Commissioner of the country will be the keynote speaker of this global summit. Mr. OP Rawat, who has held various administrative positions for more than 40 years and former collector of Indore, believes that UPSC and other competitive examinations are like a race, in which the faster you run, the farther you go. Everyone is working hard but how disparate you are from others is what makes a difference. This is not a matter of competition; you have to be in the lead to win. Either you have to do something no one else is doing or do the same thing but in a different way. According to him, it is important how much you remember after studying for 16-20 hours. Make your brain sharp so that you can remember everything you have studied which will help you find the exact solution to the questions asked in the exam hall.
