Gian Jyoti Institute of Management & Technology Phase -  2 organized  Youth Fest  PRATIBHA at its campus . As many as 2500 students from the colleges of  Tricity, Punjab, Haryana, and Himachal participated in the cultural extravaganza.. J.S. Bedi, Chairman, Gian Jyoti Group presided over the event. The day started with seeking the blessings of Goddess Saraswati and the lighting of the lamp. Famous Punjabi Movies actor Baninder Bunny will grace the occasion with his presence, sharing his valuable insights and experiences with the audience.

Mohali, November 4, 2023: Gian Jyoti Institute of Management & Technology Phase -  2 organized  Youth Fest  PRATIBHA at its campus . As many as 2500 students from the colleges of  Tricity, Punjab, Haryana, and Himachal participated in the cultural extravaganza.. J.S. Bedi, Chairman, Gian Jyoti Group presided over the event. The day started with seeking the blessings of Goddess Saraswati and the lighting of the lamp. Famous Punjabi Movies actor Baninder Bunny will grace the occasion with his presence, sharing his valuable insights and experiences with the audience.

The event entered into a joyous state with the western dance, Bhangra based on the theme followed by a fashion show. Many other performances included Lok geet, solo song, Rap, War of Words, Antaakshri, Colour-me-pretty like Face Painting, Mehndi, Rangoli, Clay modelling, Cross Talk, Brain Teasers, Dump Charades, Product Plan and Launch, Creativity in one minute & Lan Gaming etc. were the main attraction of the fest.

Dr. Aneet Bedi, Director, GJIMT appreciated the efforts and enthusiasm of the student community. According to him, such events provide a platform for the students to showcase their talent and share their knowledge in various cultural, technical and intellectual fields. Students creativity is also developed and honed due to such competitions.

J.S.Bedi, Chairman, Gian Jyoti Group while honoring the students said that such youth festival has equal significance as academic accomplishments. such cultural and professional activities mitigate the stress level of the students and thereby gives an impetus to their overall personality grooming which has a special role to play in their professional life in the coming time

In the end, prizes were also distributed to the winners. Akankaha & team of Govt. College Sector 16 Chandigarh was the winner of Indian Folk Dance whereas Bhoomi & team of GGS  Sector , 26 Chandigarh was runner up for the same .Gourav of GCCBA sector 50  was the winner of App Development & Abhishel Singh of Chandigarh University was the runner up for the competition. Code Debugging was won by Sidharath of GCCBA sector -50 & runner up for the competition was Arpit Pratap PGGC-11.The winner of the Fashion Show was Khushi & team of  SGGS College.
