GGNIMT Hosts National Financial Literacy Quiz (NFLQ 2026) College Round

Gujranwala Guru Nanak Institute of Management & Technology (GGNIMT) successfully organized the college round of the National Financial Literacy Quiz (NFLQ 2026), an initiative by the National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) under the aegis of SEBI. The quiz was conducted by the Investors’ Club of GGNIMT in online mode, witnessing enthusiastic participation from 113 students across BBA, B.Com (Hons.), and MBA programs.

Ludhiana, April 9, 2026: Gujranwala Guru Nanak Institute of Management & Technology (GGNIMT) successfully organized the college round of the National Financial Literacy Quiz (NFLQ 2026), an initiative by the National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) under the aegis of SEBI. The quiz was conducted by the Investors’ Club of GGNIMT in online mode, witnessing enthusiastic participation from 113 students across BBA, B.Com (Hons.), and MBA programs.
The NFLQ 2026 aims to enhance financial awareness and deepen students’ understanding of securities markets through a structured multi-level competition. The college round provided students with an engaging platform to test their financial knowledge and analytical skills.
Himani Lath, SEBI Smart Trainer, served as the expert coordinator from NISM, ensuring the smooth and effective conduct of the quiz while also guiding students on key financial concepts.
Prof. Manjit Singh Chhabra, Director, GGNIMT, appreciated the initiative and stated, “Financial literacy is an essential life skill in today’s dynamic economic environment. Platforms like NFLQ empower students to develop informed financial decision-making abilities and prepare them for future challenges.”
Dr. Harpreet Singh, Principal, GGNIMT, also lauded the participants and organizers, remarking, “Such academic and co-curricular activities significantly contribute to the holistic development of students. Participation in national-level competitions like NFLQ enhances both knowledge and confidence among learners.”
The event was efficiently coordinated by faculty members Dr. Damini Chhabra and Prof. Gurleen Kaur, Assistant Professors and Club Coordinators, Investors’ Club, whose efforts ensured active student engagement and successful execution of the event.
The event concluded on a positive note, with students expressing keen interest in advancing to higher rounds of the competition and further strengthening their financial acumen.
