GGNIMT Hosts ‘Gurmat Samagam’ to Mark Inauguration of Academic Session 2025-26

Ludhiana, August 8, 2025: Gujranwala Guru Nanak Institute of Management & Technology (GGNIMT), Ghumar Mandi, Civil Lines, Ludhiana, commenced its academic session 2025-26 with a spiritually enriching Gurmat Samagam at the Gurdwara Sahib within the GGN Khalsa Campus. The ceremony witnessed wholehearted participation from first-year students of B.Com (Hons), BBA, BCA, Bachelor of Hotel Management & Catering Technology, and B.Sc (Fashion Designing), who gathered to seek divine blessings for their educational journey ahead.
The event began with the recitation of Sri Sukhmani Sahib Ji by faculty members, followed by melodious Kirtan rendered by students, creating a serene and devotional atmosphere.
Welcoming the new batch, Prof. Manjit Singh Chhabra, Director, GGNIMT, reaffirmed the institute’s commitment to equipping students with market-ready skills. He urged them to nurture positive attributes that pave the way for personal and professional success.
In his address, Dr. Harpreet Singh, Principal, GGNIMT, inspired students to imbibe the teachings of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji, emphasizing the guiding principles of Kirat Karo (earn an honest living), Naam Japo (meditate on God’s name), and Vandh Chakko (share with others) as a foundation for holistic growth. He further guided them to study with focus and dedication.
