A gala evening for fresher’s at CT University
Ms Avni crowned as ‘Ms MePhobia’ and Salman Reyaz titled as‘Mr MePhobia’ Ludhiana, September 16, 2019: CT University welcomed it’s another batch by organizing a Fresher’s Party ‘MePhobia’ for the 2019 session. Multicultural students marked their presence and made the evening lighten up with starry shine. It was an evening filled with fun, excitement, dance, music and enthusiasm at its best. All students were in a jubilant mood and in their best turnout. Welcoming students hailing from 22 states and 10 countries and promoting cultural harmony, the event witnessed varied performances including Ganesh vandana, western dance, choreography, bhangra, giddha, malwai gidha, musical events, and a lazer show along with Fashion Show. Clearing the two rounds, the ‘Ms MePhobia’ title was lifted by Ms Avni and ‘Mr MePhobia’ by Salman Reyaz. Hardeep Kaur being Ms Elegant and Abhishek Kumar titled as Mr Charming. Mr Confident was Munampamba Nyirenda and Siampari Ms Attitude. The Chief Guest for the day Parminder Kaur Channi, Co-Chairperson, applauded the performances done by the students and for organising a lively event and said that it would help in building confidence of students along with paving a way for them to organise such events in future. Vice Chancellor, Dr Harsh Sadawarti, congratulated the winners by saying that he was impressed by the energy that the students showcased. He admired the team work of students and faculty to make the evening a remarkable one.
