New Delhi, 25 June 2025: GAIL (India) Limited has achieved a significant milestone by securing top honours in two prestigious categories at the 19th National Awards for Excellence in Cost Management 2025. This recognition highlights GAIL’s continued commitment to cost leadership and operational excellence across its business verticals.
At a grand award ceremony held at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi, the accolades were presented by Member of Parliament, Bhartruhari Mahtab. GAIL was recognised in the category of Public Sector – Large (Manufacturing Sector) for the outstanding performance of its petrochemical plant at Pata and in the City Gas Distribution (Service Sector) category for its efficient and innovative cost management practices in service delivery.
The awards were graciously received by S. K. Sinha, Executive Director (Finance & Accounts), along with other senior executives of GAIL.
