Fusion Micro Finance organises Sports Day in Panipat on the occasion of Children's Day
Fusion Micro Finance, India’s second largest NBFC-MFI, providing underprivileged women with economic opportunities to transform the quality of their lives, organised Sports Day for the students of Government Senior Secondary School in Machhrauli district of Panipat, Haryana.

Panipat, November16, 2022: Fusion Micro Finance, India’s second largest NBFC-MFI, providing underprivileged women with economic opportunities to transform the quality of their lives, organised Sports Day for the students of Government Senior Secondary School in Machhrauli district of Panipat, Haryana. The event aimed at promoting the wellbeing of the young population in the area on the occasion of Children’s Day.
During the event, two matches of Kabaddi were played among 2 girls and 2 boys teams. Runner-ups and winners were rewarded with medals and trophies from Fusion Micro Finance. About 500 children were present at the event to witness the games and cheer for their peers, while 48 participated in the activities. Fusion also arranged refreshments for the children present.
The celebrations commenced with the arrival of the Chief Guest, Sarala Devi - School Principal, Senior Secondary School Machrauli, Haryana; along with Naresh - Ex Sarpanch, Machrauli village; Satyavan - Senior School Teacher; Meenu - National Kho-Kho Athlete; and Ravinder - National Kho-Kho Coach. A ceremonial flame was lit by the top four athletes of the school. An oath taking ceremony was administered by the school head boy. Deepak Chaudhary - Relationship Manager Haryana and Sandeep Singh - CSR Manager were amongst the Fusion members present at the event.
