From Rewari to Jind, PM Modi's vision has become Haryana's hallmark; the launch of a new era for a 'Green India' is set for July 17
BJP fully mobilized for the PM's visit under the supervision of CM Nayab Singh Saini
Rohtak, July 13, 2026: The BJP's public outreach and awareness campaigns across Haryana have gained momentum ahead of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit to Jind on July 17.
Through meetings, worker conventions, outreach drives, social media engagement, dialogues with trade and social organizations, booth-level preparations, and extensive arrangements at the rally venue, the BJP is striving to transform this event from a mere government program into a public celebration of the resolve for a developed Haryana and a developed India.
BJP leaders stated that Prime Minister Narendra Modi's bond with Haryana is not merely political but deeply emotional and rooted in development. From the historic 'Sainik Samman' rally in Rewari in 2013 to the upcoming launch of the country's first hydrogen train from Jind in 2026, every major milestone has elevated Haryana's national stature.
According to party sources, the 'Sainik Samman' rally held in Rewari on September 15, 2013, provided the nation with a vision for robust national security. It was from that very platform that the pledge for 'One Rank, One Pension' (OROP) was reiterated—a scheme subsequently implemented by the central government under PM Modi's leadership. Approximately 1.80 lakh ex-servicemen from Haryana benefited from this scheme, receiving over ₹12,000 crore.
On January 22, 2015, Prime Minister Modi launched the 'Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao' campaign from Panipat. Joint efforts by the central and state governments led to effective control over female foeticide and brought about a positive shift in the social mindset within Haryana. The program organized in Kurukshetra on April 24, 2022, to mark the 400th Prakash Parv (birth anniversary) of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji, conveyed a message of respect for the nation's cultural and spiritual heritage. Meanwhile, the Maharaja Agrasen Airport currently under development in Hisar is poised to give a new direction to the economy, industry, investment, and employment sectors of western Haryana.
Now, on July 17, by launching the country's first hydrogen train from Jind, Prime Minister Modi will write the next significant chapter in the vision of green mobility, energy self-reliance, and a 'Viksit Bharat'. This move will further strengthen India's position among the world's leading nations in the field of clean-fuel rail technology.
According to Shamsher Singh Kharak, the party's state media co-in-charge, PM Modi has gifted Haryana projects that bestow a distinct national identity, going beyond mere schemes. He stated that the Prime Minister is scheduled to inaugurate and lay the foundation stones for numerous projects related to railways, healthcare, and infrastructure on July 17. Two new medical colleges will provide a significant boost to medical education and healthcare services in the state while creating new opportunities for the youth.
The BJP organization is fully mobilized for the Prime Minister's visit. Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini is personally overseeing all arrangements. The state president, senior leaders, MPs, ministers, MLAs, and organizational office-bearers have held continuous meetings across various districts to assign responsibilities to party workers. Arrangements are being regularly reviewed under the leadership of the rally coordinator. Workers have been deployed for a mass outreach campaign extending to the booth level, and invitations to attend the event are being extended to people in every village. An extensive campaign is also being conducted on social media.
According to party sources, prior to 2014, Haryana did not receive the expected priority in national projects; today, however, the state has emerged as a major hub for initiatives such as expressways, railways, airports, medical education, industrial corridors, and green energy. The selection of Jind is not a coincidence but the result of strategic planning; from here, a message regarding green technology and the future energy landscape will be conveyed to the entire nation.
State media co-in-charge Kharak asserts that PM Modi's program in Jind on July 17 will not merely be a public rally but a symbol of the new developmental journey towards a 'Viksit Bharat.' Today, Haryana is carving a distinct identity for itself among the country's leading states in sectors such as modern infrastructure, healthcare, education, rail, road and air connectivity, and green energy.
