Ludhiana, September 10, 2026: The Chamber of Industrial & Commercial Undertakings (CICU) organised an impactful training session on “Beyond Conflict – Manage Difficult Situations” at CICU Complex, Ludhiana, aimed at equipping industry professionals with practical skills to handle workplace conflicts and difficult situations effectively.
The session was conducted by Dr. Sugandha Sharma, an accomplished corporate trainer and academic professional with 17 years of experience in corporate training and academics. Through her expertise and engaging approach, Dr. Sharma guided participants on understanding the dynamics of conflict, improving communication, managing difficult conversations and building stronger professional relationships.
