Friendly Cricket Match in Lyallpur Khalsa College

Jalandhar, May 1, 2022: A friendly cricket match was played between commerce senior and commerce junior teams at Lyallpur Khalsa College, Jalandhar. The match was inaugurated by the college Principal Dr. Gurpinder Singh Samra. The senior team made 72 runs in 12 overs. The match was won by the Junior which achieved the target in 7 overs with ten wickets in hand. The role of umpires was performed by Prof. Manish Goel and Prof.  Vineet Kumar Gupta. Awarding prizes to the winners,  the Principal Dr. Samra said that events such as these promoted team spirit among students and were need for their all round development. He congratulated the department Head Dr. Rashpal Singh Sandhu on successful organization of the event.
