Freshers party for M.Com-I Sem and MTM-I students

Jalandhar, October 21, 2019: Students of Post Graduate Department of Commerce M.Com III Sem, MTM-III Sem & Diploma In Professional Accountancy of Lyallpur Khalsa College, Jalandhar organized a freshers party for M.Com-I Sem and MTM-I students.
Principal Dr.Gurpinder Singh Samra, was the chief guest of the event and he was duly welcomed by Dr.Rachhpal Singh Sandhu, HOD Commerce. Welcoming the new students, Dr.Samra inculcated the feeling of positivism among students in each and every sphere of life. Students showcased their talent by performing Modelling, Bhangra, group Dance, singing etc. In modeling M.Com Sem-I DPA and MTM Sem-I students were awarded with various titles namely: Miss Fresher (M.Com)- Diksha, Mr. Fresher(M.Com)-Jaysonpreet Singh, Miss Fresher (MTM)- Mandeep Kaur, Miss Elegant (MTM)- Aakanksha and Sudha (M.Com), Mr. Handsome-Harkishan Singh, Mr. Well Dressed- Rahul Batra, Miss Fresher (DPA)- Bhupinder Kaur, Mr. Fresher (DPA) -Gurinder Singh. Judgement of modeling competition was done by Dr. Patwant Atwal, Prof. Ravneet Bains, Prof. Raminder Bhatia, Prof. Ubique Bedi, Prof. Rupinder Sampla, Dr. Amarbir Singh Bhalla and Prof. Simran Kaur.
The occasion was also witnessed by Prof. Amita Shahid, Dr. Navdeep Kumar, Prof. Vivek Mahajan, Prof. Baljinder Kaur, Prof. Manish Goel, Prof. Gurpreet Singh, Prof. Jyoti Vohra and other faculty members were also present in the occasion. Vote of thanks was delivered by Dr. Rachhpal Singh Sandhu, HOD Commerce.
