Fresh guidelines for PU Hostel Residents

Chandigarh: The office of Dean Student Welfare, Panjab University, Chandigarh has issued guidelines for the hostel residents/students keeping in views the upsurge of COVID-19 cases in the University Campus and keeping in mind the recent guidelines issued by Chandigarh Administration.

As per the guidelines, all those residents/students who have most essential work related to their research only should stay in the hostels/campus.  The students can seek guidance from their Chairpersons/Supervisors in this regard.

Also, all hostel residents and students in the Departments must strictly follow the SOPs and should leave the hostels only if necessary.

It is further advised that the students/residents who have symptoms or are contact, should telephonically inform any of the doctors in the Health Centre and respective Warden/chairperson accordingly.
