Four Schools of Innocent Hearts Celebrate World Health Day

Jalandhar, April 8, 2019: Innocent Hearts School, Green Model Town, Loharan , Cantt.- Jandiala Road and Nurpur celebrated World Health Day with zeal and fervor Seminar on ‘How to Remain Healthy’ was organized: in Senior Wing – G.M.T. Dr.Harinder, in Loharan - Dr.Neenu Sharma - in CJR Dr.Balwinder Pal, and Royal World International School - Dr. Sood explained the students importance of health and gave tips to stay healthy and strong. They told the students to go for morning walk and stay hydrated. They emphasized to add green leafy vegetables in their diet. The students were curious to know how to stay fit and healthy. They got their queries sorted out from the doctors and got satisfied with their answers and promised to take care of their health and to do exercise daily and add milk products in their diet. The Principal – Mr. Rajeev Paliwal, Incharge - Primary Wing – Mrs. Guleria and Examination Incharge- Mrs. Gurwinder Kaur, At Loharan INNOKIDS Incharge Mrs. Alka, Incharge Ms. Shallu Sehgal , CJR - Mrs. Sonali and Royal World Mrs. Meenakshi presented a token of respect to honour the experts Dr. Anup Bowry Secretary Innocent Hearts mentioned that such seminars are a regular feature of the school and camps would be organized to create awareness among students to sort out health problems in future.
