Former Chandigarh State BJP President Sanjay Tandon releases manifesto of BJP's Ward No 11 candidate Anup Gupta 

Chandigarh, December 17, 2021: Former Chandigarh BJP State President Sanjay Tandon released manifesto of BJP candidate Anup Gupta, who is contesting from Ward 11 (Sector 18, 19 & 21).
Addressing the gathering, Tandon said that Gupta if favourite among wads' youth and aims for sustainable development. The main highlight of the manifesto was introducing helpline numbers of solving residents' problems and setting up of call centers on priority basis.
"It will help public to get solution under one roof. The problems will be resolved in given time and a proper feedback will be taken from residents," said Gupta.
The manifesto also mentions previous development works taken by outgoing ward councillor and Senior BJP leader Asha Jaswal. Various works including, Covid-19 vaccination drive, separate toilets for men and women, periodic fogging to prevent dengue and malaria, door-to- door garbage collection, new cycle track, construction of separate tracks for jogging and walking in parks, removal of illegal street vendors and encroachments, open gyms in parks and swings for children installed, upgradation of community center, Sector 21, with the new amenities, were initiated during her tenure.
Gupta, meanwhile, shared his vision and ensured sustainable development in the ward. "The agenda of sustainable development will be my prime focus. And to achieve my aim, I will be focusing on getting maximum participation from wards' residents. A 24x7 dedicated helpline will be launched, so that wards' residents can share their problems. Installation of solar lights in parks, creation of recreation centers, installation of high definition CCTV cameras in the inner road of the sectors for security, open gym in every park, swings, proper lights, dustbin and regular water supply and in every house and 24 hours supply of clean water, will be ensured. In order to encourage youth, we will bring open-badminton courts and other sports facilities will be upgraded as per the requirement. I will also pursue to solve problems including, smooth traffic management system in all markets and problems related to water and sewerage in Sector 19D," said Gupta.
Area counsellor Asha Jaswal, Mandal President Sumita Kohli, BJP leader Pradeep Bansal and other dignitaries of the ward were also present during the manifesto release.
