Foreign delegation visits industrial units in Ludhiana

Ludhiana: Foreign Delegation visited Industrial Units i.e. Avon Cycle Ltd., Hero Cycle Ltd., New Swan Multitech Ltd., and Eastman Cast & Forge. The visit was arranged by Chamber of Industrial and Commercial Undertakings (CICU), Ludhiana.

Upkar Singh Ahuja, President & Sh. Pankaj Sharma, General Secretary, CICU mentioned that Foreign Delegation Consisting of Ricardo A. Berna M, Dy. Chief of Mission from Embassy of the Panama, Juliana Somba Banda, First Secretary from High Commission of Malawi, Oscar Sikanda, Commercial Counsellor from Embassy of the Namibia and Souleymane Boureima, Counsellor from Embassy of the Niger visited the factories and seen latest technology installed in the factories. The Business meetings also held with Senior Export Officials to increase the Export in African Countries.
 
As increasing demand of Agricultural Implements, Bicycle & its Parts, Handtool, Hosiery & textiles, FMCG, Auto parts in African Countries, the delegation had shown keen interest to promote Make in Ludhiana Products, as they found them very superior in quality and cost competitive as compared to other Countries.
 
The delegation was very impressed with Excellence practices in the Industrial Units and observed that Ludhiana Industry is very competitive in term of Price, Quality and use latest Technology. They also assured that they will promote the Punjab Industrial products in their Country.
