Flat Booking Reopened for Eligible Beneficiaries under Mukhyamantri Shehri Awas Yojana; Deadline Extended Till February 25th: DC Sachin Gupta
Rohtak, February 20, 2026: Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta informed that the Haryana Government has reopened the flat booking process for eligible beneficiaries under the Mukhyamantri Shehri Awas Yojana. The last date for flat booking has been extended till February 25, 2026, providing a renewed opportunity to beneficiaries who could not avail the scheme earlier.
The Deputy Commissioner said that approximately 231 eligible beneficiaries have been identified in Rohtak district under the scheme. As per the policy dated October 23, 2025, flats reserved for the Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) in licensed colonies approved by the Town and Country Planning Department are being allotted under this initiative.
He further informed that the list of eligible beneficiaries and details of available flats have been uploaded on the official website of the Housing for All Department Haryana at hfa.haryana.gov.in. Eligible applicants can visit the website and book a flat by depositing an advance amount of ₹10,000. In case the advance amount is not deposited within the stipulated timeline, the beneficiary’s eligibility shall stand cancelled automatically.
For further assistance regarding the scheme, beneficiaries may contact the helpline number 0172-2585852. In case of any difficulty, eligible beneficiaries may also approach the office of the Additional Deputy Commissioner at the Zila Vikas Bhawan, Rohtak, on any working day.
The Deputy Commissioner appealed to all eligible beneficiaries to avail this extended opportunity and complete the booking process within the prescribed time to secure housing benefits under the scheme.
