First counseling session held for admissions to various UG courses at MDU
The first counseling session under the admission process for various undergraduate (UG) courses at MDU for the academic session 2026-27 was held on Thursday. A large number of candidates participated in the counseling across various teaching departments and institutes to complete the admission formalities.
Rohtak, June 25, 2026: The first counseling session under the admission process for various undergraduate (UG) courses at MDU for the academic session 2026-27 was held on Thursday. A large number of candidates participated in the counseling across various teaching departments and institutes to complete the admission formalities.
Counseling was conducted for admission to several courses, including Bachelor in Public Health Sciences, B.Sc. (Genetics), B.Sc. (Mathematics), B.Sc. (Statistics), B.Com, BCA, B.A. (English), B.A. (Economics), B.A. (Public Administration), B.A. (History), BBA, BFA (Painting), and the 5-year LLB program. Additionally, the admission process was carried out based on the Common Entrance Test for courses related to Hotel Management and Tourism Studies, such as BHMCT, BTTM, MHMCT (Integrated), and BBA (Hospitality and Services Management).
According to Director (Public Relations) Sunit Mukherjee, all necessary arrangements have been made to ensure the admission process is transparent, well-organized, and student-friendly. During the counseling, candidates and their parents were provided with essential information regarding the courses, eligibility criteria, and the admission procedure. He stated that the first counseling session for various UG courses concluded successfully, and the second physical counseling session is scheduled for July 1.
