Ludhiana, May 27, 2014: General Body Meeting of Practicising Valuer Association of Ludhiana was held and fire fighting in buildings was discussed in detail. Ar.Sanjay Goel & Er.Mohit Jain delivered the lectures on effects of lack of Fire Fighting Arrangements in Buildings.
Lt.Col .AK Kapoor ( Retd.) , President PVAL, welcomed all the members and outlined the work carried out till now and future course of action for PVAL.
Er. Munish Joshi, Vice President PVAL, delivered the key note on Duties of valuers, action taken by PVAL and highlighted the Judgement of Supreme Court order in favour of Professionals.
Er. Kapil Arora delivered lecture on valuation fees aspect & norms to be adopted.
All members present took active & healthy participation on various topics on valuation.
A resolution was passed that PVAL should take active part in social activities e.g. providing some help to the needy persons.
Er. Kulwant Singh, Secretary presented vote of thanks for the successful meeting.
The meeting was also attended by Ar. Balbir Bagga, Er. Kulwant Rai, Er. K.S.Sobti, Er. Balbir Singh, Ar. Rajan Tangri, Er. Predeep Jain, Er. Daljit Raheja, Er. Kaushal, Ar. Niranjan Singh and Ar. Harpreet Singh.
