Ludhiana, December 12, 2025: Acting on a complaint from the nationally and internationally renowned fashion brand Monte Carlo Fashions Limited, Police Division Number 6 has registered an FIR against the owner of Kurbaan Collection, located on Rahon Road, Vardhman Nagar, under Section 318(4) of BNS and Sections 63 and 64 of the Copyright Act for selling duplicate products in the company’s name.
