FICO welcomes new reforms for tax payers by prime minister

Ludhiana: K.K. Seth Chairman along with Gurmeet Singh Kular President and Rajeev Jain General Secretary FICO (Federation of Industrial & Commercial Organization) has welcomed the ‘transparent taxation - honoring the honest’ platform launched by Narendra Modi Prime Minister of India, to honour the honest taxpayers of the country.

K.K. Seth Chairman FICO said it is a new milestone in the structural reforms initiated by the government. Transparent taxation platform will bring in faceless assessment, faceless appeal, and taxpayers charter. It is a very great initiative by the Government of India, we welcome it open heartedly.

Kular welcomed the new reforms and said that in past few years, government has put focus on digitizing and securing the banking system, the new reform will instil a sense of fearlessness among the honest taxpayers who play an important role in national development.

Rajeev Jain, General Secretary, FICO said it is a great initiative by the government, the transparency in the taxation system will motivate the tax payers.
