Ludhiana, June 27, 2019: Meeting under the Chairmanship of K.K.Seth Chairman FICO along with Gurmeet Singh Kular President FICO and Manjinder Singh Sachdeva General Secretary FICO held, where FICO welcomed the decision of Government of India, regarding the reduction in contribution towards ESI. It has been notified that with Effect from 01.07.2019, the Contribution of Employer towards ESI to be reduced from 4.75% to 3.25% & that of Employee to be reduced from 1.75% to 0.75%.
K.K.Seth Chairman FICO said that, we welcome the decision, as it is beneficial not only for the employers but also for the employees.
It will boost the MSME Sector, said Kular.
