FICO celebrates World Bicycle Day
FICO celebrating World Bicycle Day in Ludhiana.

Ludhiana: Federation of Industrial & Commercial Organization, popularly known as FICO, under the leadership of Mr. Gurmeet Singh Kular President FICO celebrated The World Bicycle Day with a Cake Cutting Ceremony at Bombay Cycle House, and organized a Bicycle Rally from Cycle Market to Gill Chowk with the slogan of Save Environment Go for Cycling. FICO also offered exclusive Cash Discount of Rs.1000/- to its members, on purchase of Bicycle from Bombay Cycle House on World Bicycle Day. 

Mr. Gurmeet Singh Kular President said that the resolution for World Bicycle Day recognizes the uniqueness, longevity and versatility of the Bicycle, which has been in use for two centuries, and that it is a simple, affordable, reliable, clean and environmentally fit sustainable means of transport. The bicycle as a symbol of human progress and advancement promotes tolerance, mutual understanding and respect and facilitates social inclusion and a culture of peace. The bicycle further is a symbol of sustainable transport and conveys a positive message to foster sustainable consumption and production, and has a positive impact on climate.
