FICO Celebrated 4th Annual Session

Ludhiana, October 9, 2017: Federation of Industrial and Commercial Organization Popularly Known as FICO celebrated its 4th Annual Session at Hotel Radisson BLU amidst lots of fanfare on 07th October 2017. Sh. Rajive Chawla, Chairman IamSMEofIndia (Integrated Association of Micro Small & Medium Enterprises of India) was the Chief Guest of the occasion. Shri Rajinder Singh of M/s Shingo Institute of Japanese Management was the Guest of Honor & the key note speaker of the day.

S.Onkar Singh Pahwa, Patron in Chief, appreciated the work done by FICO, and encouraged the members present to focus on different exhibitions being organized Internationally, as they are the best way out to keep ourself updated as per international standards.

Mr. K.K. Seth Chairman FICO welcomed the guests and while thanking the members for sparing their valuable time to be at the function.

The Key Note Speaker & the Guest of Honor Shri Rajinder Singh addressed the audience and shared many valuable facts to grow exponentially in life & business. He said to gain respect, we all should give respect. By giving respect to your employees, to your labour, we can get optimum output.

Mr. Rajive Chawla Chairman IamSMEofIndia who was also the Chief Guest of the occasion announced 6 Prizes for exponential performance in MSME sector to be given on FICO 5th Annual session in 2018. There would be one Five Lakh Rupee Prize for “MSME of the Year” & FIVE, One Lakh Rupee each Awards for innovation in MSME sector, to be given on FICO 5th Annual session in 2018. Mr. Rajive Chawla also stressed that Digitalization will never be able to replace Entrepreneurs. He further advised the delegates that in no way can new technology stand alone and oust Entrepreneurs. He said one should look ten years ahead at the viability of the project, update yourself and adopt the latest technological advancement.
S. Gurmeet Singh Kular President Federation of Industrial & Commercial Organization, thanked the Members for their immense support and regard. He said FICO will have it’s own Incubation Center in upcoming year to facilitate the industry in even better way.
