"Fabrication de Salade,” a delightful treat to taste buds

Special workshop of Salad Making held at CT Group of Institutions; Students prepared different Monsoon Salads and gave LIVE salad making pleasure at the event
Jalandhar, July 13, 2017: Whether dining in or dining out, a salad is the best food to relish in every season. In order to give people a taste of different varieties and cuisines of Salads, CT Institute of Hotel Management (CTIHM) organised "Fabrication de Salade” a salad making workshop at its Shahpur Campus.
Chairman, CT Group, Managing Director, CT Group, Director, CT Institute of Hotel Management (CTIHM) attended the event in the presence of other members of faculty and staff.
Fresh and healthy salad products were prepared by the students of Hotel Management Department under guidance of faculty members. Live salads making was the special moment of the day. The workshop aims on making of fresh and healthy salads where large varieties of fresh, healthy and relishing salads were on display. Salads like Kosambary, Panzenalla, Kimchi, Cuscus salad, Healthy Greek salad, Ambrosia salad, Egg beetroot salad, Grilled Tuna Salade Niçoise etc triggered the taste buds of all.
Director, CTIHM shared their valuable experience and knowledge with the students of CTIHM.

Chairman, CT Group and Managing Director, CT Group appreciated the presentation given by the students with such amazing and wonderful delicacies to relish for the season.
