Eye-opening session on Role of a CEO and Best HR Practices

Ludhiana, March 21, 2022: During the session organized by CICU & Global Alliance for Mass Entrepreneurship (GAME), Upkar Singh Ahuja, Managing Director, New Swan Group and President, CICU delivered a session on Role of a CEO to Young Entrepreneurs of Ludhiana, in which he highlighted the key of mentorship, business growth tools to entrepreneurs to help them scale their business efficiently and transformation.

He also mentioned that the young entrepreneurs have to define strategies for next decades to build a world class organization. In today’s era a success business need customer satisfaction, better productivity, delivery of product on time, heathy environment in unit and others.
