Exhibit of spices in swavalamban window at Home Science College Poshan Pakhwada concludes

Chandigarh: To boost entrepreneurship and to create awareness about healthy eating through consumption of herbs and spices in sync with the theme of Poshan Pakhwada - My Kitchen, My Dispensary, a budding entrepreneur of Home Science College exhibited her products at the swaavlamban window sponsored by SIDBI on the college campus. Sannati, a student of BSc Home Science displayed ready to use spices and their advantages for the teaching, non teaching staff of the college. This Swaavlamban window will be an initiative to promote the budding entrepreneurs to exhibit and sell their products and will provide a platform to them to 'Earn While They Learn'. 

Principal Prof Sudha Katyal urged the students to benefit from this opportunity provided at the college to help boost their start-ups and entrepreneurship. She emphasized on the importance of including spices and herbs in our daily diet to help build up immunity.
