‘Ethnic Day’, celebrating diversity and belongingness of our country

Chandigarh, April 19, 2022: University Institute of Applied Management Sciences organized ‘Ethnic Day’, celebrating the diversity and belongingness of our country. The event was conducted under the esteemed presence of Prof. Nishi Sharma, Director, UIAMS and admirable faculty of the department. The day long event commemorated by the department consisted of multifarious activities including ramp walk which represented the vivaciousness of the youth today and their adoration for the traditional attire; musical chairs round for both the faculty and the students and lastly an open stage which bestowed the students with the opportunity to exhibit their talent and flair. The whole day was a rendition to the Indian culture in all its beautiful ways and forms and concluded with everyone enjoying to the tunes of folk music and songs.
