Ludhiana: Engineer Virinder Pal Singh Saini today took over the post of Chief Engineer in Central Zone, Operations of Punjab State Electricity Corporation. He has served in various capacities during his 33 years of service.

Er. Varinderpal Singh Saini Born on 04 October 1963 in the house of Amarjit Singh Saini, Virinder Pal Singh Saini completed his engineering degree from Thapar University, Patiala in 1985 and joined the Punjab State Electricity Board on 29 April 1987 as an Assistant Engineer.

Since then he has joined various positions of Power Department such as Operations, Enforcement, Grid Construction, Technical Audit and after 33 years of service as Chief Engineer, Punjab State Electricity Corporation at Central Zone, Ludhiana.

Prior to this Er. Saini has served in Patiala as Deputy Chief Engineer, Technical Audit (Electrical).

After assuming office, Chief Engineer Er. Virinder Pal Singh Saini appealed to the people of Punjab and the country to cooperate with the government and the district administration in eradicating the ongoing outbreak of Corona virus and to stay at home against the Corona virus.
