Entrance exams for PG course at MDU from July 13 to 17
Entrance examinations for admission to various postgraduate (PG) courses at MDU for the academic session 2026-27 will be held from July 13 to July 17, 2026. The results of these entrance exams will be declared on July 20, while the first provisional merit list will be released on July 21. The first physical counseling session will begin on July 23, and classes for the new session will commence on August 1.
Rohtak, July 5, 2026: Entrance examinations for admission to various postgraduate (PG) courses at MDU for the academic session 2026-27 will be held from July 13 to July 17, 2026. The results of these entrance exams will be declared on July 20, while the first provisional merit list will be released on July 21. The first physical counseling session will begin on July 23, and classes for the new session will commence on August 1.
Director of Public Relations, Sunit Mukherjee, stated that the entrance exams for M.A. (Public Administration), M.Sc. (Forensic Science), and M.Com. will be held on July 13 from 10:00 AM to 11:15 AM. From 12:30 PM to 1:45 PM, a common entrance test will be conducted for M.A. (Sociology) along with MBA, MBA (SFS), MBA (Business Psychology), MTTM, and MHMCT. Entrance exams for Psychology Department courses and M.A. (Guidance and Counseling) will take place from 3:00 PM to 4:15 PM.
The Director PR said that entrance exams for M.Sc. (Chemistry), M.A. (Journalism and Mass Communication), M.Sc. (Mathematics), M.Sc. (Physics), and various courses in the Life Sciences group will be held on July 14. On July 15, entrance exams will be conducted for M.A. (Political Science), the common entrance test for the three-year LLB (Honours) course, M.A. (History), and LLM.
On July 16, entrance examinations will be held for M.A. (Geography), B.P.Ed., M.P.Ed., M.A. (Sanskrit), M.A. (Defence and Strategic Studies), M.A. (Economics), M.Lib., M.A. (Education), M.A. (Fine Arts), various courses in the Department of Music, M.A. (Yoga Science), M.Ed., M.Sc. (Statistics), and M.A. (Hindu Studies). On July 17, entrance examinations will be conducted for M.A. (Hindi), MCA, M.Sc. (Computer Science), M.Sc. (Data Science and Machine Learning), and M.Pharm courses under the Pharmaceutical Sciences group.
