Hotel Manager Kumar Saswat said, ‘‘ festival which started on 12 January 2018 will go on till 21 January 2018. A wide variety of vegetarian and non vegetarian kebabs will leave your mouth watering.
The Haldi Mirch Ki Machli which is fish fillet marinated with fresh turmeric paste and black pepper will surely tickle your taste buds. Among the other non vegetarian kebabs, Sharabi Tawe Ki Gurda Kaleji and Shabnam De Chapli Kebab are a must try.
There is an equally delicious spread for the vegetarians. The Malai Broccoli and Cafreal Soya Champ should not be missed. The other vegetarian kebabs that will entice you are Lahori Paneer Tikka, Palak Khubani Ki Tikki, Lauki Ki Shammi and Upje Moong Di Tikki.
Chef Jyot Rana, who has put the menu together, said, "We have tried to put together a special treat for the food loving people of Ludhiana. That is why we have 12 different kebabs in the non veg section and 13 different kebabs in the veg section."
The vegetarian Jashan-e-Kebab is served with Dal Makhni, Paneer Makhni, Shahi Subz Biryani and Assorted Indian Breads. In the non vegetarian menu there is Dal Makhni, Murgh Makhni, Shahi Gosht Biryani and Assorted Indian Breads.
For dessert there is an option of Gajar Halwa or ice cream or Betel Leaf Mousse.
