Nutritionist Nikita Garg informed how a balanced diet affects the functioning of our body. She also shared the tricks to achieve better health by changing one's diet and lifestyle.
Chief Warden (Girls), Prof. Sapna Garg presided over the program. Warden of Narmada Hostel Dr. Neha Khurana gave the welcome address. More than 100 girl students of the hostel asked questions at the end of the lecture and resolved their queries.
