Rohtak, August 11, 2026: The Department of Law at MDU, Rohtak organised an extension lecture on ‘ResearchSathi: A Companion for PhD Writing’, aimed at familiarising research scholars with the role of digital research tools in making PhD research more systematic, effective and qualitative.
As the expert speaker, Garima Singh elaborated on the utility and functioning of ResearchSathi and highlighted how modern digital resources can simplify and streamline various stages of the research process. She explained that such tools can be effectively used for literature search and organisation, preparation of research material, improving academic writing, and refining scholarly content.
Garima Singh said that in the rapidly changing technological era, effective use of digital resources in legal research has become a necessity. Research scholars should make responsible and appropriate use of available technological facilities to enhance the quality of their research, she added. She also explained various practical aspects of using ResearchSathi to organise and manage research work more efficiently.
Research scholars of the Department of Law participated enthusiastically in the programme and raised several queries regarding the practical application of ResearchSathi in their research work. The speaker responded to their questions in detail. During the interactive session, scholars also shared their queries and experiences related to the use of digital research tools.
