Ek Bharat Srestha Bharat Public Speaking Contest at Lyallpur Khalsa College

Jalandhar, August 6, 2022: A public speaking contest under Ek Bharat Sreshta Bharat Abhiyan was organized by NSS Unit Lyallpur Khalsa College Jalandhar in collaboration with All India Radio to celebrate Azadi Ka Amrut Mahautsav.  NSS volunteers presented their views on relevant issues like national integration, patriotism, India of future, freedom fighters of India, India of different castes and cultures and emerging women in other parts of India. 

Chief Guest of the event, Principal Dr Gurpinder Singh Samra congratulated the speakers and said that Lyallpur Khalsa College Jalandhar is ready to present the right opportunities to its students for their betterment. All India Radio not only recorded but also broadcast this event on air in two parts on Yuva Vani Radio Program. 

Chief Program Officer Prof. Satpal Singh informed that AIR Jalandhar as selected 02 of the NSS volunteers Ekta Pandey and Sakshi Sharma to host the event on Radio. During this event, Mohd. Imityaz from All India Radio, Prof. Priyank Sharda and 30 NSS volunteers were present.
