Education Department holds seminar on life of Sri Guru Teg Bahadur Ji in Rasulpur Primary School

Ludhiana: Dedicated to the 400th Parkash Purb of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji, the Education Department on Monday organized a seminar on the life, philosophy, teachings and sacrifice of Sri Guru Teg Bahadur Ji in Government Primary School, Rasulpur.
The District Education Officer (Elementary) Rajinder Kaur and Deputy District Education Officer Kuldeep Singh were chief  guest of the seminar and exhorted the students to take inspiration from the teachings of ninth Sikh Guru.

They said that Sri Guru Teg Bahadur Ji taught us the importance of oneness of all humankind, selfless service and righteousness. They said that Sri Guru Teg Bahadur Ji, made supreme sacrifice to protect the faith, belief and rights of the people.

On the occasion, village sarpanch Gursimrat Singh, former panchayat head Tarlok Singh and others also paid tribute to Sri Guru Teg Bahadur Ji.
