Ludhiana, April 20, 2014: A recent report 'Brave new world for Indian real estate: policies and trends that are altering Indian real’ released by The Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) outlines a growing trend of innovation in real estate products to cater to changing lifestyles across the country. Reports reveals about the new emerging real estate opportunities include senior living housing, rental housing, branded apartments, entertainment real estate; transit oriented real estate, education and healthcare.

Delhi-based real estate company, Earth Group that is very soon arriving here to set up a hi-end township in around 80 acres of land on Pakhowal road, too believes in magic of innovation. Even the tag line of Earth Group is ‘Innovation beyond Imagination.’ “We are sincerely following our tag line”, says Vikas Gupta, Joint Managing Director, Earth Group.

Gupta adds, we always try to bring innovation in our projects.  We are the one who have already launched apartments and complexes with the ‘Green Home Concept’ in Greater Noida. No one else was offering the same there.

“As a result, we became talk of in and around Greater Noida. Everybody was curious to know about green home concept”, reveals Gupta.

Likewise, Earth Group introduced the concept of bank guarantee projects. Under this innovative concept, the bank itself was assuring the investors. Earth Group is also adopting a lot of marketing strategies going on Pan-India wise.

Besides, Earth Group is opting for AAC (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete) blocks. These blocks are structure, insulation, fire and mold resistant. These are complete hollow blocks which consume large amount of heat and does not transmit it to the apartment inside. As a result, the inner apartment is 4 to 5 degrees cooler than the outside temperature which saves a lot of energy. “We also use paint approved by IGBC that consumes lesser amount of energy”, says Gupta, adding, “We are using zero watt lighting system and generators.”

He further says that normally, a person consumes 3-5 litres of water while using a urinal. “But we are installing zero percent wastage water urinals in all our commercial and housing projects. Rain water harvesting and solar energy systems are also to be incorporated”, says Mr. Gupta.

Ludhianvis have to wait for a short period as to what “innovations”, Earth Group plans to bring for them in its hi-end township project for their city in the near future.
