E-Kshatipurti Portal Open for All 147 Villages of the Rohtak District: DC Sachin Gupta
Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta said that the State Government has opened the E-Kshatipurti Portal for all 147 villages of the district. Farmers affected by water logging should upload claims regarding crop loss on this portal by 15 September 2025. After verification of the claims, compensation will be provided by the government for the damaged crops.

Rohtak, September 8, 2025: Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta said that the State Government has opened the E-Kshatipurti Portal for all 147 villages of the district. Farmers affected by water logging should upload claims regarding crop loss on this portal by 15 September 2025. After verification of the claims, compensation will be provided by the government for the damaged crops.
DC Sachin Gupta was addressing grievances of citizens at the Samadhan Shivir held in the conference hall of the local Mini Secretariat, along with Additional Deputy Commissioner & CEO Zila Parishad Narendra Kumar and City Magistrate Ankit Kumar. Referring to the problems of the residents of Pakasma village, he said that farmers affected by crop damage due to water logging must upload their claims on the e-kshatipurti portal by 15 September so that they can get timely compensation. On the spot, he directed Irrigation Department officials to immediately take necessary action to ensure smooth flow of water in Pakasma Drain.
The Deputy Commissioner issued clear directions to officials during the hearing of grievances, instructing that citizens’ complaints received in the camp must be resolved properly at the very first instance so that people do not have to visit repeatedly. He also directed officials from the Social Welfare, Public Health, LDM, Agriculture, Sports, CSC, Revenue, Police, Irrigation, and other concerned departments to resolve grievances immediately.
DC Sachin Gupta further directed the Municipal Corporation officials to ensure a permanent solution to the problem of sewer blockages caused by cattle dung by shifting the dairies operating in the city to the designated locations. He also instructed them to issue challans (fines) against those who dump animal waste into the sewer. He added that the Municipal Corporation should launch a drive to remove unauthorized encroachments in the city so that citizens do not face inconvenience in movement.
Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta, while addressing grievances at the Samadhan Shivir, directed officials of the Agriculture & Farmers’ Welfare Department to immediately correct the wrong details entered on the Meri Fasal Mera Byora portal for Ramphool, a resident of Bhaini Surjan in Meham subdivision. The Sub-Divisional Agriculture Officer, who was present on the spot, rectified the details on the portal and resolved his grievance.
Grievant Ramphool expressed gratitude to Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini and DC Sachin Gupta, saying that the district administration provided him relief by resolving his complaint in the first instance itself during the Samadhan Shivir.
On this occasion, DRO Pramod Chahal, DDPO Rajpal Chahal, DMC Jitendra Singh, along with other senior officers of various departments, were present.
