New Delhi, January 15, 2013: Channdeep Singh, 25 and M.C.A. (Masters in Computer Application) is contesting DSCMC elections from Ward no. 20, Sahibpura which includes areas such as Mahaveer Nagar, Krishna Park, Guru Nanak Nagar and Sant Garh and Tilak Vihar.

In a statement, Jagminder Singh, Spokesperson, said Channdeep Singh polishes the agenda “Improve the level of Education” for the Sikh youth to shine the better future.

Channdeep Singh believes in empowering the Sikh youth by providing them good education. He made commitment to give free education in public school to all children of the 1984 victims and sewadars of all Gurudwaras in his ward.  He thinks that education to Sikhs will lead to pleasant future towards Sikhs.

The reason he is in politics is the man is totally against the corruption. Moreover, he cannot just sit and see the injustice. He wants to change the common mindset of the Sikh parents due to which they do not want to admit their children to the Sikh schools.

Narang- Professor IGNOU, K.C. Singh – Former Ambassador, Manpreet Singh Sahni, Gunveen Singh- Actor, Model, Maj. Gen. M.S. Chadha, Dr. Anup Singh- Former Vice Chancellor, Wg. Cdr. R.S. Chhatwal, Dr. Maheep Singh- Renowned Writer, Arpana Caur – Renowned Painter and the Sikh Forum; Better Sikh School; Gyan Sewa Trust; Bibek Trust; ASYO; Akal Network; Shahbaz Khalsa appeal to all residents of ward no: 20 to vote and support Channdeep Singh”, said Jagminder Singh who is also Administrator of Sikhi Sidak.

Further, he revealed that many groups on internet such as [email protected]; hyderabad_sikhs@yahoogroups.com; [email protected]; www.facebook.com/voiceofvoiceless also support Channdeep Singh.

He said these organisations are widely spread in Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, and some other parts of India.
