Dr. Pooja Suneja, a Professor in the Department of Microbiology at MDU, assumed the role of Director of the University Campus School on Wednesday.
Rohtak, June 24, 2026: Dr. Pooja Suneja, a Professor in the Department of Microbiology at MDU, assumed the role of Director of the University Campus School on Wednesday.
Upon taking charge, she emphasized that academic excellence, innovation, and the holistic development of students would be her top priorities for the school. Expressing gratitude to the university administration, Dr. Suneja noted that the Campus School holds a distinct identity among the state's prestigious educational institutions.
She stated that her efforts would focus on promoting quality education alongside personality development, moral values, and modern teaching methodologies. She added that the school would be steered toward new achievements through the cooperation of teachers, staff, and parents.
University faculty, officials, and staff welcomed Dr. Suneja and extended their best wishes for her new responsibility. Everyone expressed confidence that the Campus School would benefit from her experience and leadership, reaching new heights in both academics and co-curricular activities.
Present on the occasion were Dean (CDC) Prof. Rajesh Punia, First Appellate Authority Prof. Jaswant Saini, Associate Dean (R&D) Prof. K.K. Sharma, PRO Pankaj Nain, School In-charge Vivek Kaushal, along with numerous teaching and non-teaching staff members from both the university and the Campus School.
