In the upcoming episodes, Dr. Dev goes all out to fulfill a critically ill patient’s last wish. He reunites the father, Parminder, with his estranged son, Amarjeet, bringing much-needed closure. In a heartfelt gesture, Dr Dev also recreates a London-like setting inside the hospital, helping Parminder experience a dream he could never fulfil. Before his final moments, Parminder leaves Dr Dev with a simple yet powerful message to not give up on love and to keep fighting for it till the very end. This moment deeply impacts Dr Dev, becoming a quiet turning point in his journey.
Talking about the upcoming track, Iqbal Khan, shares, “Tracks like these are very special because they go beyond medicine and touch the human side of a doctor. For Dr Dev, fulfilling Parminder’s last wish isn’t just about helping a patient, it’s about giving someone peace and closure. The idea of recreating London inside the hospital is both heartwarming and symbolic of how far he’s willing to go for someone else’s happiness. There are two things that Parminder tells Dr. Dev that really stayed with me, even as a person. One is don’t give up on your love and the other is about knowing your limit, understanding how much to hold on to and when to let go.“
