As Dr Srishty (Gulki Joshi) and Diggy’s (Arjun Punjj) wedding takes an unexpected turn, Dr Dev (Iqbal Khan) finds himself caught between his feelings, his principles and a promise that could change the course of his life.
In the upcoming episodes, Dr Srishty calls off her wedding with Diggy after discovering that he forged her signature. Meanwhile, Dr Dev agrees to marry Dr Preeti in exchange for financial help from her mother, Devyani to protect Dr Srishty from the money-laundering case, leaving Dr Preeti overjoyed and unaware of the real reason behind Dr Dev’s proposal. Meanwhile, Dr Uditanshu, Dr Ananya and Ghena are caught in an accident, bringing another complicated relationship dynamic into the picture. As Dr Dev tries to help them navigate their complicated situation, he finds himself dealing with a relationship dilemma that closely mirrors the one unfolding in his own life.

Iqbal Khan, who plays Dr Dev, shares, “Dr Dev is in an extremely complicated situation because every decision he is making has a consequence. He knows what he feels, but he has also given his word to Devyani and Dr Dev is someone who takes his promises very seriously. For him, honouring his word is a matter of principle, even if it means putting his own happiness aside. Dr Preeti is genuinely happy and believes Dr Dev has chosen her, while Dr Srishty has no idea about the circumstances behind his decision. Dr Dev is carrying a truth that could change everything, and it will be interesting to see how long he can keep it hidden.”
