Doaba College’s new session begins with hawna yajna

Jalandhar, September 14, 2021: Doaba College’s Student Welfare Committee and Arya Yuvak Sabha organized  Shubharambh 2021-22  and performed  HawanYajna to pray for the bright future of  students. Sh.Chandra Mohan President Arya Shiksha Mandal and College Managing Committee graced the occasion as chief guest. He was accorded a hearty welcome by Principal Dr.Pardeep Bhandari , Prof.Surjeet Kaur and Sonia Kalra-Co-ordinators , teaching and non teaching staff. Members of teaching and Non Teaching staff and students uttered sacred Ved-Mantras and paid offerings in the  holy fire for the well being of all
Chander Mohan encouraged the students to develop new technological skills to excel in this modern digital world. He said college fully understands the challenges of Covid-19 and  college would not let pandemic to hamper the career of students. College would provide scholarships and other facilities to the students for their overall progress.
Principal Dr.Pardeep Bhandari welcomed students by inspiring them to imbibe qualities of innovation, dedication, honesty and discipline to achieve success in life . He said that that college is going to introduce various short term  Skill Development Courses from current session.
