DMCH stars online physiotherapy services on occasion of World Physiotherapy Day

This year's theme of this day focused on Recovery and COVID- 19 
Ludhiana: Every year 8th September is marked as “World Physiotherapy Day”. On this occasion Department of Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy of DMCH, has started its online services for the convenience of the public.
This year's theme of this day focused on Recovery and COVID- 19 and to create awareness among the general public.
Those present on the occasion were Principal Dr Sandeep Puri, Medical Supdt Dr Sandeep Sharma , Dean Academics Dr Rajoo Singh Chinna, Dr Sandeep Kaushal Assistant Dean Academics  and Incharge of Department of Physiotherapy Dr Avkash Teotia.
According to Secretary Sh Prem Kumar Gupta- Department of Physiotherapy at DMCH has state of the art facilities to provide the services to the patients. We have started online physiotherapy services for the convenience of the public so that they can get this facility any home during this COVID pandemic.
These services include remedies for joint pain, joint stiffness, limb weakness and specialized protocol of breathing exercises. People can get all these facilities while staying safe at their home.
