DMCH organises camp for patients requiring Knee and Hip Replacement Surgeries

Ludhiana, April 6, 2014: Department of Orthopaedics today organised first free check-up camp to register the patients for Knee & Hip Replacement Surgeries at highly concessional rates. The Managing Society has given this exclusive offer for the public on the occasion of Golden Jubilee Celebrations of DMCH. Next camps are scheduled to be held on   April 13, 20and 27 in Ortho OPD of the hospital from 9 am to 1 pm.

According to Secretary of DMCH Managing Society Prem Kumar Gupta, patients getting themselves registered for knee and hip replacement surgeries at scheduled camps will be charged only Rs.1.25 lakhs, which otherwise costs around Rs 2 to Rs 2.3 lacs. The package cost will include imported American implants, surgical fees & stay in hospital, food for patients, medicines, routine investigation and free x-rays on days of camps.
