DM Sachin Gupta orders to appoint Duty Magistrates for Bar Council Elections in Rohtak

District Magistrate and District Election Officer Sachin Gupta has issued orders appointing Duty Magistrates to ensure that the Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana Elections 2026 are conducted in a peaceful, free, fair and secure manner in Rohtak district. The elections are scheduled to be held on March 18, 2026 at the District Court Complex, Rohtak.

Rohtak, March 14, 2026: District Magistrate and District Election Officer Sachin Gupta has issued orders appointing Duty Magistrates to ensure that the Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana Elections 2026 are conducted in a peaceful, free, fair and secure manner in Rohtak district. The elections are scheduled to be held on March 18, 2026 at the District Court Complex, Rohtak.

According to the orders issued by the District Magistrate, the appointed Duty Magistrates will coordinate with the Nodal Officer and ensure proper law and order arrangements in their respective jurisdictions during the election process.

As per the orders, Anshul Kadiyan, Executive Engineer (XEN), HUDA, has been appointed as Duty Magistrate for the area inside the District Court Complex, Rohtak. Similarly, Naib Tehsildar Deepak has been appointed as Duty Magistrate for the area outside the District Court Complex.

The District Magistrate stated that the Duty Magistrates will closely monitor the situation and ensure that the election process is conducted smoothly and in accordance with the prescribed rules.

In another order issued by the District Magistrate, Sector Officers have also been appointed for the smooth conduct of the Bar Council elections. The Sector Officers will work in coordination with Shubham, OSD to the Divisional Commissioner and Nodal Officer, to ensure smooth management of polling arrangements.

As per the orders; Manish, SDO, PWD (B&R) Division-I, has been appointed Sector Officer for Booths No. 1 to 3 and Ankit Kumar, SDO, W/S Mechanical Division, has been appointed Sector Officer for Booths No. 4 to 6.

The district administration has clarified that all necessary arrangements have been made to ensure peaceful, transparent and orderly conduct of the elections. Adequate measures have also been put in place to maintain law and order during the polling process.
