DM Sachin Gupta issues Prohibitory Orders in view of Nursing Common Entrance Test on 7 September
District Magistrate Sachin Gupta, exercising the powers conferred under Section 163 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has issued prohibitory orders in view of the Nursing Common Entrance Examination being organized by Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences on September 7 for admission into nursing courses.

Rohtak, September 5, 2025: District Magistrate Sachin Gupta, exercising the powers conferred under Section 163 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has issued prohibitory orders in view of the Nursing Common Entrance Examination being organized by Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences on September 7 for admission into nursing courses.
These orders have been issued to ensure that the entrance examination is conducted peacefully and without malpractice. On September 7, the university will conduct the Common Entrance Test for admission into B.Sc. Nursing, Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing, M.Sc. Nursing, and Nurse Practitioner Critical Care programs.
As per the orders issued by the District Magistrate, within a radius of 100 meters of all examination centers in the district, gathering of five or more persons (except staff on duty and examinees), and carrying of arms, explosives such as swords, spears, sticks, axes, jelly, knives, and other weapons, is strictly prohibited. In addition, photocopying/photo state shops, duplicate facilities, cyber cafés, and other related shops located within a 100-meter radius of the examination centers shall remain closed on September 7 during the examination hours.
However, these orders shall not apply to police personnel and other employees deployed on duty. Any person found violating these orders will face action under Section 223 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, or other relevant Acts/Rules.
