DLC SUPVA signs MoU to Establish State-of-the-Art Artificial Intelligence Lab
Dada Lakhmi Chand State University of Performing and Visual Arts (DLC SUPVA) has entered into a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Ruhil Future Technologies Private Limited (RFT), a frontrunning technological firm, to establish a cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence (AI) Lab on the university campus. The collaboration aims to advance skill development, research, and innovation in AI for learners, faculty, and researchers across Haryana.
Rohtak, December 4, 2025: Dada Lakhmi Chand State University of Performing and Visual Arts (DLC SUPVA) has entered into a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Ruhil Future Technologies Private Limited (RFT), a frontrunning technological firm, to establish a cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence (AI) Lab on the university campus. The collaboration aims to advance skill development, research, and innovation in AI for learners, faculty, and researchers across Haryana.
The MoU was formally executed today, marking a significant milestone in strengthening AI-driven academic infrastructure within the State’s higher education ecosystem. Under this partnership, RFT will provide Advanced AI software tools, cloud infrastructure, and technical support, Structured AI training sessions delivered by qualified trainers, Curriculum updates aligned with industry trends, Workshops, faculty development programs, and guest lectures by national and international experts, Support for AI-focused university events such as hackathons and Pitch Point competitions, etc.
DLC SUPVA will provide the necessary hardware, infrastructure, and dedicated space for the AI Lab within the campus. The University will also appoint a coordinator to liaise with RFT, ensure smooth execution of training and lab activities, and facilitate access for students, researchers, and faculty. Both institutions emphasized the shared objective of equipping learners with 21st-century digital skills, expanding AI literacy, and strengthening the State’s educational and technological landscape.
The new AI Lab will serve as a hub for learning, research, and innovation, enabling students to gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies. The partnership will extend AI awareness programs to schools, colleges, and various institutions across Haryana, reflecting the University’s broader mission to democratize technological knowledge and promote a future-ready generation.
Vice-Chancellor Dr. Amit Arya expressed optimism about the collaboration, saying, “This partnership marks a transformative moment for our university. As the creative disciplines intersect increasingly with technology, it is essential for our students and faculty to be equipped with the tools and knowledge shaping the world of tomorrow. The establishment of the AI Lab in collaboration with Ruhil Future Technologies empowers our learners to innovate, experiment, and lead in emerging digital domains. Registrar Dr. Gunjan Malik Manocha and other officials were present on the occasion. The MoU will remain in effect for two years, with the option to extend by mutual agreement.
