District Public Relations and Grievance Redressal Committee Meeting on 21st February; 15 Complaints in Agenda: DC Sachin Gupta

Rohtak, February 19, 2026: Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta informed that the meeting of the District Public Relations and Grievance Redressal Committee will be held on February 21, 2026, at 11:00 AM in the DRDA Hall, District Development Bhawan, Rohtak.
He said that the meeting will be chaired by Krishan Lal Panwar, Minister for Development and Panchayats, Government of Haryana. A total of 15 complaints have been included in the agenda for consideration during the meeting.
The Deputy Commissioner informed that the Cabinet Minister will personally hear the complaints included in the agenda and issue necessary directions to the concerned departments for their effective and time-bound redressal. Officers concerned with the listed complaints have been directed to remain present in the meeting with complete facts and records, so that grievances can be resolved on the spot.
He further directed that all Heads of Departments shall ensure their punctual presence in the meeting to facilitate smooth conduct and effective grievance redressal.
The district administration reiterated its commitment to providing a responsive, transparent, and citizen-oriented grievance redressal mechanism through regular meetings of the District Public Relations and Grievance Redressal Committee.
