District Children Congress Ferozepur 2021-22 successfully organized 

Ferozepur, December 9, 2021: District Ferozpur Children Science Congress organised under the guidance of Dr. KS Bath & Dr. Meenakshi Thakur of Punjab State Council of Science and Technology  & DEO (Secondary ) Chamkaur Singh & Dy. DEO Komal Arora at Shaheed Bhagat Singh State  University Ferozepur.  Disclosing this here today, Deepak Sharma , Nodal officer said that 55 teams of  Child Scientists from private and government schools participated in these competitions and presented their findings to the judges.  DEO  Chamkaur Singh and Komal Arora were the chief guests during the program.  Addressing the presence of educationists and child Scientists,District Education Officer Chamkaur Singh said that conducting scientific and social research at school level not only inculcates scientific attitude in the children but also inspires them to do something for the country and society.  
The winning pediatricians were honored by the chief guests at the end of the program.  
Aarti Sachdeva, Rajesh Chopra, Dr. Gajalpreet Singh Arneja, Rajesh Jain, Meenakshi and Rakesh Maher played the role of judges.  In the senior category, Dass & Brown World School came first, followed by SGRM Senior Secondary Girls School zira secured second position and Government Senior Secondary School Sande Hashim secured third position.  In Junior category Govt. Senior Secondary School Khai Feme Ki got first, Shaheed Sukhwinder Singh Govt. Senior Secondary School Mallanwala Khas got second and Govt. Senior Secondary School Ferozeshah got third place.  To make the program a success, Umesh Kumar, DM  Science, Kamal Sharma, Davinder Nath, Sachin Kumar, Gurpreet Bhullar, Amit Anand, Yogesh Talwar, Ratandeep Singh etc. played special  roles.
